Elina has broad management experience and an energetic and entrepreneurial spirit. She has proven ability and creativity to promote changes in a forever evolving industry. “BDI is the product of new thinking, a branding agency. Elina oversees agency operations, striving for high quality, inspiring creative and efficient delivery of print, broadcast and telecast materials.

Tucker Wayne & Co, was her first home, where she served as CFO and Chairman of the Operations Committee. “The support and experience I acquired at TWC provided me with the knowledge and confidence to pursue my personal goals”. In 1984, Fritz Van Winkle tapped her and jointly started Van Winkle & Associates. “My main accomplishment was the implementation of new concepts in creative management improving the creative product and profits”. In 2001, Elina and longtime friends Richard Maddox and Ralph Doran joined in the formation of BDI. “The focus of BDI is branding. At BDI we have masterful and insightful strategists, creative talent and the ability to push our work to the next level. And our work is setting us apart”.

Elina is an accomplished photographer and filmmaker. She graduated from Piedmont College and holds an MBA from GSU.
